Using the game

The game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play on your own devices. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or tamper with the game, or use cheats or tools that change how it works.

Coins, items and purchases

Coins and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Refunds are handled by the store that sold the purchase. "Remove Ads" removes ad breaks between levels; optional reward ads remain. "Starter Pack" is a one-time purchase of coins and shuffles. You can restore purchases from Settings.

Ads

The game shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

Our promise on levels

Every board is checked by software and can be cleared. Undo and Hint are free. Some levels are still difficult; that is part of the game.

No warranty and limits

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Simply Yours LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
